What you'll do

  • Build and run CAESAR II models for static, thermal, seismic and dynamic load cases per ASME B31.1 / B31.3.
  • Design and optimize pipe supports, spring hangers and expansion loops with the layout team.
  • Prepare IFC stress reports, calculation packages and marked-up isometrics clients can act on.
  • Review vendor nozzle loads, flange leakage checks and equipment connections.
  • Join client calls to defend your analysis and close review comments.

What we need

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 2+ years of hands-on pipe stress analysis with CAESAR II.
  • Working knowledge of ASME B31.1 / B31.3 and support standards (MSS-SP-58).
  • Ability to read piping isometrics, P&IDs and GA drawings fluently.
  • Clear written English for reports and client communication.

Bonus points for

  • AutoPIPE, CAEPIPE or PASS/START-PROF exposure.
  • Experience with buried pipeline or FRP/GRP stress analysis.
  • Surge or time-history analysis background.
