Due to client NDA commitments, the showcased projects represent only a portion of our work and not the full scope of what we've delivered.

Challenge

The brief, and the constraint.

The client needed chilled water piping design for a high-tech campus in Saudi Arabia, balanced for minimum pressure drop across long distribution runs and coordinated with structural and electrical trades.

Approach

How we engineered it.

We sized CHW mains and branches in HAP and Revit MEP, ran pressure drop optimization against ASHRAE 90.1 limits, and coordinated the routed model with structural and electrical disciplines for clash-free issue.

Result

What shipped.

Pressure drop was minimized across the distribution network and the system was issued for construction within schedule, with the coordinated model passing clash review on the first pass.

“Long CHW distribution runs punish you on pump energy for the life of the building. Pressure-drop optimization up front is the cheapest kWh you will ever save the client.”
