Client Confidentiality

Due to client NDA commitments, the showcased projects represent only a portion of our work and not the full scope of what we've delivered.

Challenge

The brief, and the constraint.

The client needed a full design package for a Lloyd's-registered cargo barge, covering hydrodynamics, structure and stability from concept through class submittal.

Approach

How we engineered it.

We executed the lines plan and resistance analysis in Maxsurf, structural design to Lloyd's Register rules, and intact/damage stability with mooring analysis in ANSYS AQWA - compiling the full package for class review.

Result

What shipped.

Lloyd's Register approval was secured and the full design package - stability booklet, structural drawings and class submittal - was delivered for fabrication without concessions.

“A full design package means nothing falls between disciplines. We hold hull, structure and stability in one engineering thread so the class submittal lands clean - no cross-discipline contradictions.”
