FCML 6.799 MWp Solar Project: Full Primavera P6 EPC Timeline

The FCML 6.799 MWp solar project Primavera P6 timeline covers a 157-calendar-day engineering, procurement, and construction program running from 1 July 2025 to 30 December 2025. Fluxiss built the schedule with activity-level detail, logic ties, and resource assignments across every project phase, the discipline that separates an EPC program from a wish list.

Engineering Design: 34 Days

  • Primary engineering, mechanical and electrical: 12 days
  • Detail engineering, mechanical (12 days) and electrical (14 days)
  • Approval of mechanical and electrical submittals: 8 days each, closing 4 August

Procurement: Imported and Local Streams in Parallel

  • Imported: DC cables, inverter, and monitoring devices on 100-day cycles ending 9 October
  • PV modules as client supply, tracked on the same 100-day window
  • Local mechanical structure: 60 days, 1 August to 29 September
  • Electrical materials: power and earthing cables, LV combiner panels, lightning arresters, MC4 connectors, cable trays and conduits
  • MV scope with 11kV termination: 70 days, 20 August to 28 October

Execution: Sequenced to 25 December

  • Geo-technical, topography, and roof load study: 7 days at project start
  • Land levelling and ground preparation: 29 days in July
  • Mechanical structure at ground (70 days) and at RCC roof (34 days)
  • PV panel installation: 41 days, 24 October to 3 December
  • Electrical execution through 25 December: cable tray, AC and DC cables, inverter and combiner installation, transformer and VCB installation and termination

The result is a fully logic-linked EPC baseline the project team can be measured against, week by week, from notice to proceed through energization.
