Due to client NDA commitments, the showcased projects represent only a portion of our work and not the full scope of what we've delivered.

Challenge

The brief, and the constraint.

The client needed a class-approved structural package for a modular cargo barge operating in UAE coastal waters, with an aggressive loadout window driving every deliverable.

Approach

How we engineered it.

We executed hull scantling and grillage analysis in STAAD.Pro, ran intact and damage stability in Maxsurf, and compiled the class submittal to Lloyd's Register rules with mooring checks in ANSYS AQWA.

Result

What shipped.

Class approval was secured on first submission and the barge entered service on the planned loadout date with no structural concessions required.

“Modular barges are a system-of-systems problem - hull, grillage, mooring and stability all have to clear class together. We hold the package to first-submission approval by sequencing those analyses up front.”
