Due to client NDA commitments, the showcased projects represent only a portion of our work and not the full scope of what we've delivered.
The brief, and the constraint.
The client needed vibration control verification on a diesel injection skid package bound for a data center campus, with a hard vendor deliverable deadline driving the stress sign-off.
How we engineered it.
We built a skid stress model in CAESAR II, applied dynamic load cases for pump pulsation and valve closure, and checked mechanical vibration against ASME B31.3 occasional-load limits.
What shipped.
The skid package passed vibration review within code limits and was released for fabrication without rework, with the stress report accepted on first submission.

Tools & Codes
“Skid packages move fast - the stress model has to keep up. Modeling pump pulsation as an occasional case is the difference between a sign-off and a field vibration issue.”- Lead Engineer, Fluxiss
