Due to client NDA commitments, the showcased projects represent only a portion of our work and not the full scope of what we’ve delivered.
If floor plans are the map, then 2D construction documentation is the instruction manual. At Fluxiss, we specialize in the technical deep-dive: the sections and elevations that tell a builder exactly how a structure stands up. For any high-end project, these aren’t just drawings; they are the legal and structural “truth” of the building.
Azure Custom Homes came to us with a challenge in the competitive Sydney market. They needed to move from a beautiful design concept to a technical package that could clear Australian building codes and provide a foolproof guide for their site teams.
The biggest difficulty in this project was the complex vertical relationship between different building levels. In a custom luxury home, every inch of ceiling height matters, but so does the space required for structural beams and HVAC ducting.
Standard floor plans couldn’t show the potential “clashes” between the roof pitch and the interior ceiling details. Without precise section drawings, the builder would have been left guessing the floor slab thickness or how the wall alignments shifted between floors. This lack of clarity usually leads to expensive “on-site fixes” that eat into a developer’s margin.
Fluxiss used Revit and AutoCAD to build a comprehensive documentation set that functioned as a technical bridge.
The final outcome was a set of permit-ready drawings that ensured the luxury vision in Sydney was built exactly as intended—down to the last structural connection.
Complex designs require more than just a sketch. Fluxiss provides the technical documentation that makes high-end construction predictable and profitable.
