We have always felt to provide reliable and simple solutions to our clients in terms of pipe engineering at Fluxiss, no glamorous jargon, just good work. We recently supported “Becton” on one of the largest water treatment plants in the Thames river area in Europe.
What We Did: Pipe Stress Analysis on Large Scale Water Treatment
Fluxiss team worked on this important project and a detailed pipe stress analysis was done. The system consisted of huge piping systems, and the largest pipes were 1600DN. Our engineers got in communication with the client team to the maximum, making proper stress simulations, cross-checking flexibility, loads, and ensuring that the construction complied with ASME B31.3 and other codes of their activity.
How We Approach Pipe Engineering Solution
For us, pipe engineering solution isn’t just about running software or handing over a report. We take time to understand the layout, site conditions and practical constraints. On this project too, we focused on keeping things practical — optimising support locations, expansion loops, and guiding the client on where flexibility was needed most. Our approach helps in reducing future maintenance hassles as well.
The Outcome
The pipe stress analysis was also done within the deadlines, enabling the construction team to progress with confidence. It is a nice feeling to know that we work on a project that will benefit millions of people in Europe.
Whether we are dealing with a water plant, oil rig, or the shipping industry, that is what we believe in at Fluxiss, the clear, practical, and point to the point pipe stress analysis and a complete pipe engineering solution.
We’re proudly serving clients across the USA, UK, UAE, and Europe. From corporate giants to research labs and the shipping industry,
