The project was one more contribution to industries requiring effective and efficient pipe engineering solutions without hype.

We started by a simple system review to know the operational load cases. Our group collected the line specs and isometric, and made a detailed analysis based on ASME B31.3 code. We did not take your data and load it into some software and walk away, all loads, thermal expansion, sustained weight, etc were individually checked and re-checked manually, to verify system flexibility and safety.

How We Do Pipe Stress Analysis

Our method stays pretty straightforward. We model real-world scenarios, consider anchor points, support locations, and thermal loops — then solve for actual stress points instead of assumed values. It’s not just about passing code; it’s about making sure the piping systems survive long-term operations.

The final report, including load cases, restraint forces, and stress summaries, was submitted ahead of schedule.
