Due to client NDA commitments, the showcased projects represent only a portion of our work and not the full scope of what we've delivered.

Challenge

The brief, and the constraint.

The client needed IFC-issued stress approval on a district heat network pump station within a tight two-week turnaround, with vendor nozzle allowables locked early by the pump package supplier.

Approach

How we engineered it.

We built the CAESAR II model directly from the EPC's isometrics, applied thermal and pressure expansion cases per ASME B31.1, and optimized spring hanger selection against the API 610 nozzle limits supplied by the pump vendor.

Result

What shipped.

The IFC stress package was issued on schedule and the system has operated within allowable across commissioning and the first full seasonal load cycle.

“District heat networks live or die on expansion management across long runs. Locking the spring hanger scheme against vendor allowables before fabrication is what keeps the IFC package clean.”
