The client needed architecture, structure and MEP coordination for a mixed-use building where ceiling zones, facade interfaces and plantroom routes were competing for limited space.

We coordinated BIM models across disciplines, ran clash detection, resolved high-risk service routes, and issued clean coordination views for architecture and site teams.
