Due to client NDA commitments, the showcased projects represent only a portion of our work and not the full scope of what we've delivered.
The brief, and the constraint.
The client needed nozzle-load compliance on a series of tank riser piping connections feeding the stadium fuel system, within a fixed construction window and a tight nozzle allowable envelope set by the tank vendor.
How we engineered it.
We modeled the riser system in CAESAR II and ran sustained, expansion and occasional load cases against ASME B31.3, then iterated support locations and spring hanger selection until every nozzle landed inside the API 610 allowable envelope.
What shipped.
The deliverable passed third-party stress review and every nozzle load landed inside allowable - issued for construction on schedule with no field rework on the riser connections.

“Tank risers punish you on nozzle loads - the routing decisions you make in the first hour decide whether the package signs off at all. We optimized the support scheme before touching a single isometric.”- Lead Engineer, Fluxiss
