Due to client NDA commitments, the showcased projects represent only a portion of our work and not the full scope of what we’ve delivered.
When we studied this project, one thing was clear from day one: this was not just about numbers, it was about control. As part of Fluxiss’ Project Management & Performance service, we worked with a large industrial development where timelines, budgets, and physical progress needed strict monitoring across multiple structures.
This is the kind of work we personally enjoy—where planning meets reality on site.
This project involved several construction zones running in parallel. From factory structures to specialized building components, every area had its own pace, risk, and cost behavior. Fluxiss’s responsibility was to make sense of all moving parts and present clear performance insights to decision-makers.
The project was divided into substructure, structure, architectural works, MEP, and external works. Managing performance across these layers without losing visibility was a real challenge.
On paper, the planned progress showed 22.72% completion, but site reality was closer to 19.98%. This gap may look small, but we’ve learned that early delays grow fast if not addressed.
Some components, like BB, were progressing well, while others such as CW_F and CW_G were still at early stages. This imbalance created coordination risks across resources and cash flow.
Our engineers at Fluxiss did well, simple, structured control—no over-complication.
We implemented:
The total budget and actual cost both stood at $6.23M, which told us the financial discipline was solid—but schedule control needed attention.
This is where Fluxiss adds value—not just reporting, but helping leadership act on facts.
If you’re running projects in the US, Middle East, or anywhere else, we can tell you from experience:
