Fluxiss provides technical engineering services in working with piping systems. We offer our solutions according to the needs that are posted by you or your company.

Every draw, calculation, or analysis report is tailored to a project. After delivery, you should read them in order to approve them. We do not take responsibility of cases that occur due to the improper or inaccurate project information posted by the client.

Project Timelines & Revisions

We work closely with clients to set timelines and expectations before starting any project. If there are changes or delays, we’ll communicate them clearly.

You may request revisions to deliverables, but significant changes outside the original scope may be treated as a new request and billed separately.

Payments & Billing

Project pricing will be shared and agreed upon before work begins. Invoices will be issued as per the agreed payment terms. We accept payments via secure methods, and late payments may result in service delays.

All taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and the sensitivity of your data. Any files, drawings, or communication you share with us remain confidential. We won’t disclose your project details to any third party unless required by law or with your written consent.

Intellectual Property

All project-related intellectual property remains the property of Fluxiss unless otherwise agreed in writing. You’re granted a non-transferable right to use the deliverables for your specific project or purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Fluxiss provides engineering services based on the information provided by clients. While we follow industry standards and use licensed tools, we do not guarantee outcomes beyond our scope.

We’re not responsible for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Delays caused by third parties
• Damages due to incorrect data provided by the client

Termination

Either party can end the engagement at any time, with reasonable notice. If services are terminated before completion, you’re required to pay for work already done up to that point.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of major changes, but we recommend checking this page occasionally for any updates.

Your continued use of our services after updates means you accept the new Terms.
